This free and effective tool requires no installation, and will just place a convenient and discreet icon in your system tray, which will display a context menu that allows you choose any of the six skins available. Each of them will apply a different degree of transparency to the outer borders of your windows, from a “fully transparent” to “slightly translucent” effect.
